Meet Suzie, Our Culinary Artist

Born from a multi-cultured background, having a Filipino, Spanish-American heritage. Lived in Australia and America where she successfully worked in the financial industry for over 32 years. Throughout these years, has found her greatest passion in a culinary environment where she has unleashed her creativity in the field of artistry since the early age of 7.

Rapsa Tucka started as a hobby that helped suit my vision. The word "RAPSA" came from the reverse word "SARAP" which means "Delicious" in Tagalog dialect. The word "TUCKA" on the other hand came from the Aussie slang for "FOOD" which magically put together creates "DELICIOUS FOOD" by Suzie !!!
